A Cessna 525B CitationJet CJ3 corporate jet sustained substantial damage in a runway excursion accident at São Paulo-Congonhas Airport, SP (CGH), Brazil.
The captain suffered serious injuries while the copilot and passenger suffered minor injuries.
The airplane presumably landed on runway 35R following a flight from Florianópolis (FLN), Brazil but overran the runway. It bounced down a slope crashing at the perimeter fence near Avenida dos Bandeirantes.
Weather about the time of the accident (17:27 local time, 19:27 UTC) was reported being:
