Narrative:
A Piper PA-28R-200 Arrow II impacted a residential structure shortly after takeoff from Atlanta’s DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK/KPDK), in DeKalb County, Georgia. The airplane was destroyed and the two occupants onboard received fatal injures.
