JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Auditor-SFB
DEPARTMENT NAME/NO: Quality HQ-535
EXEMPT NON-EXEMPT (People Services will classify)
LOCATION/DIVISION: SFB
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR?S TITLE: Manager of Quality Assurance
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible to the Manager of Quality Assurance for ensuring that Contract agencies, Company
maintenance and maintenance-related services are performed in accordance with Allegiant Air policies and
procedures, applicable FARs and industry standards.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
Performs periodic audits of the Company and contract agencies in compliance with the audit procedures
given in the Allegiant Air General Maintenance Manual.
Assures that outside agencies who repair, overhaul or perform other maintenance on Allegiant Air aircraft,
engines, appliances, or components are appropriately rated and qualified to perform such maintenance in
accordance with company policies and applicable FARs.
Assures that fuel quality and fueling facilities conform to company established standards and procedures.
Maintain records of audits and findings to document compliance with the audit program.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Quality Assurance.
Must pass a 10 year background check and pre-employment drug screen.
REPORTS TO: Manager of Quality Assurance
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or GED; College preferred; A & P license
Experience: Preferred 5 yrs verifiable experience in a strong Quality Assurance Background for 121 Carrier.
Knowledge: Basic Computer skills

JOB TITLE: Technical Writer/Editor
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR?S TITLE: Manager of Publications
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Technical Writer is essential to maintain all of the Technical, Flight Operations and Customer Service manuals utilized by Allegiant Air. Tech Writer assists with distribution of on and off aircraft technical and Flight Operations Manuals. Provides Technical expertise in assuring terms and phraseology are consistent with required maintenance practices.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
? Receive and log all Manual Change Requests.
? Review all requests to ensure all affected documents/manuals are in agreement with regard
to policy and procedure.
? Coordinate any discrepancies between originating department and other affected
departments.
? Implement change(s) and generate revision documentation.
? Coordinate, where appropriate, obtaining FAA approvals in preparation for revision
distribution.
? Provide original masters to the Publications Librarian for reproduction and distribution.
REPORTS TO: Manager of Publications

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred; A & P license.
Experience: A & P, 5 years airline experience; MD-80 experience highly desired.
Knowledge: Computer Literate; Adobe familiarity; PageMaker, Word & Excel experience
highly desirable
